Delete your Preowned/Pro account
The fastest verified method is inside the app: sign in, open Profile, choose Request account deletion, and confirm. We will acknowledge the request in the app.
Cannot access the app?
Email privacy@preownedpro.com from an address you can access and include your registered mobile number. We will verify account ownership before deletion.
What is deleted
Your profile, saved vehicle links, uploaded personal documents, and non-required account data are deleted or anonymised. Transaction, tax, dispute, fraud-prevention, and regulatory records may be retained for the legally required period, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
