Preowned/Pro is operated by Vahanfin Solutions Pvt Ltd. This policy applies to our website, PWA, Android app, dealer workspace, and connected vehicle-service workflows.
Information we collect
We collect the mobile number and profile details you provide, vehicle registration numbers and documents you submit, service and transaction records, device and diagnostic information, and security logs such as IP address and login activity.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate accounts, provide RC, challan and transfer services, maintain Wallet and API-credit ledgers, prevent fraud, support customers, comply with law, and improve reliability.
Payments
Recharge checkout is handled by Razorpay on the web service. Preowned/Pro does not store full card, UPI PIN, or banking credentials. We retain payment references and settlement status for reconciliation and support.
Sharing
We share only the information necessary with vehicle-data providers, payment processors, RTO and challan service partners, cloud infrastructure providers, and legal authorities where required. We do not sell personal information.
Security and retention
We apply access controls, encrypted transport, signed sessions, audit logs, and restricted document storage. Records are retained only as needed for service delivery, fraud prevention, accounting, legal, and regulatory obligations.
Your choices
You may request correction or deletion of your account. Some transaction, tax, dispute, fraud-prevention, and legal records may be retained or anonymised where the law requires it.
